Cancellation Policy
Booking an Appointment:
To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable Booking fee is required at the time of booking. This booking fee ensures that your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you. Please note that the booking fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy helps us maintain our commitment to providing quality service and accommodating all clients efficiently. Thank you for choosing our services.
No show:
If you are a no show the appointment will be cancelled and you are subject to pay in full (your services with Champagne & Beauty will be discontinued).
Late Appointment Policy:
We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure that all clients receive the attention they deserve, please be advised of our late appointment policy. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will need to reschedule. Additionally, please note that the booking fee for the missed appointment will remain with that appointment and will not be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. This policy allows us to maintain our commitment to timely and efficient service for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
